- What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. We also take debit and check cards as long as they are associated with a major credit company like the ones listed above. Once payment information is received, your order will be sent to production.

- Do I have to pay sales tax?

You do not have to pay US sales tax on your Spreadshirt order.

Customs and countries outside of the USA, sometimes place a tax on packages arriving from the USA. As we cannot control these taxes, there is no way to make them lesser. However, we have reduced our shipping rates to make it cheaper for you to receive our packages and merchandise.

- What do you do to secure my order information?

In order to insure the safety of your payment transactions, we use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate from Equifax to encrypt all transmitted data. Your personal data is kept confidential.

- What are your shipping and return policies?

- What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

You can only cancel an order before it begins processing. To cancel your order, log into your Order Status page and click on the "Cancel Order" button. The link to your order status page can be found in your order confirmation email.

Please note that we have very short processing times so it is possible that an order that was just recently submitted is already in processing and, therefore, cannot be cancelled.

- I haven't received my order confirmation email yet.

After submitting your order, you should receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to technical problems or an error in your e-mail address (e.g. typo). In this case, please e-mail us at service@spreadshirt.com to let us know that you haven't received your order confirmation e-mail. Be sure to provide us with the full name, e-mail address and street address used in the order as well as the order date.

- I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

After your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment. If - for whatever reason - you feel that your order has not been received in the proper timeframe, please contact us at service@spreadshirt.com. We kindly ask that should this be the case, you let us know no later than 6 weeks after ordering.
